Once registrations close, schedules will be updated according to the number of registered participants. Any circumstances will be informed on our Telegram channel 'Evo competiciones' (https://t.me/evocompeticiones) and on FlowAgility. It is possible that the competition will take place in two simultaneous rings.Final Open Evo Summer Fest III:On Saturday, August 15th, an Open Final will be held (approx. 18:00h).The 1st classified dogs of each height, grade, and day will have direct access to the final.Others wishing to participate can do so for €10 (payment at the table, no transfer).Participation preference: G3 G2 G1. Maximum 60 dogs.Part of the money raised will go to the Spanish Agility AWC 2026 Team.Final format: XS & S and I & L categories will be grouped. M will be an independent category. The best dogs from these categories will compete again on the same course, and a single absolute winner of the Evo Summer Fest III will emerge.Crew/Volunteers:Helpers are needed for the proper development of the competition. This year we want to offer a comfortable and balanced collaboration format, designed so you can help, compete, and rest during the day.Interested individuals should indicate this in the 'Observations' section during registration, specifying:• which day or days they can help• and, if they wish, in which grade they would like or could collaborate.Each crew member will collaborate in a full competition grade per day, being able to:• help in one grade• compete in another grade• have the third grade for rest.In return, a reduced registration price will be applied, valid only for the days they are part of the crew:• €8 / day / first dog• €6 / day / second dog.The organization will take preferences into account and, if necessary, will contact the participant to adjust the grade or helper position according to competition needs.Registrations:Registrations are made through the FlowAgility platform and will be validated upon receipt of payment.Individual payment by bank transfer, indicating the bib number in the concept.Once the registration period closes, if the amount has not been received, the registration will not be validated.After this period, the registration fee will not be refunded for reasons beyond the organization's control.Registration status can be checked on the FlowAgility platform.Dogs requiring measurement must indicate this in the observations section.For any queries, contact +34698111839 or .Prices per day:• 1st dog: €18• 2nd dog and subsequent: €12Individual Payment:• IBAN: ES12 0073 0100 5508 0666 9460• Beneficiary: ESF Alejandro Salas• Concept: Bib NumberRegistrations whose payments are not identified with the corresponding bib number WILL NOT BE VALIDATED.Once the registration is confirmed on FlowAgility, changes will NOT be accepted, nor will the registration fee be refunded.Overnight Stay (Pernocta):There will be a delimited area exclusively for overnight stays, and it will be possible to stay overnight from Wednesday, August 12th to Sunday, August 16th.To register and control vehicles, as well as authorize overnight stay, it is mandatory to indicate it in observations: License plate, vehicle type, entry and exit day.In case of not completing the registration, overnight stay will not be permitted in the facilities.Any vehicle that remains on the premises without being previously registered may be required to abandon the facilities at any moment.Likewise, the Evo Dog club together with the Noreña city council reserves the right of admission and permanence.Services offered: There will be bathrooms, There will be showers, There will be no electricity connection. Entry and exit will be possible when needed.It is strictly forbidden to empty black or gray water.Overnight price: €15 / night.IMPORTANT: The payment of the overnight stay will be made in hand directly at the event control table.Other Information:The organization of the event will be governed by the RSCE Agility regulations and rules.Please respect the facilities and surroundings, pick up dog excrements and litter, with the individual being responsible for any damage or accident that may be caused to the facilities or to third parties.I accept that my personal data may be entered into a file for which Evo Dog’s Center is responsible for its management and data processing. The purpose is to provide the best service, especially to maintain a user register and improve information and services.By registering for the event, the participant also expressly cedes their image rights for the capture, reproduction, and dissemination of images of their person that arise from their participation, through all technical means and written, audiovisual, and electronic media, social networks, authorizing their publication and sharing with other clubs.Dogs' vaccination booklets must be up-to-date and properly completed.I authorize the use of my dogs' information for registrations, start orders, competition results, etc.It is forbidden to use the courses for training and to have food inside them.
