Features
Open entries on a chosen date, set capacity limits per class, and the app fills the lists for you. When a class is full, the next people join a waitlist and move up automatically when someone resigns. Agilix also checks the dog's eligible age and required details.
The app builds start lists from the entries. Sort by size or class, and a handler running several dogs is automatically spaced out so they don't start twice in a row. Reorder by hand and save as PDF. You can also let AI arrange the order.
Save run results as they happen, they appear instantly for every competitor and spectator with no page refresh. A ring board shows the team currently running and can go up on a big screen.
Connect FDS timing gates and the times flow straight into the runs. An external LED screen shows the time, faults and the course-walk countdown, in colors readable from across the hall.
Split the work between a scribe, a steward and a check-in helper. Share access-key links so helpers can save results without creating an account. Changes show up on every device.
Write to everyone at once, only to people with a payment due, or only to those accepted, or send a message to a single competitor. Every message arrives by email and as a notification in the Agilix app.

Check competitors in on site and reorder the start list on the fly, and the competitor affected gets a notification that they're up next or have moved to the end of the class.
