Anticipated planned tournament schedule Saturday: JP37JP2 A3/A2 award ceremony A1/A1/A0/A0 award ceremony Sunday: A0/A0/A1/A1 award ceremony A2/A3 JP2/JP3 award ceremony The exact tournament schedule with times will be announced in the week before the tournament. According to VDH, only eLU's will be accepted from January 1, 2026. Therefore, we will no longer stick stickers into the LU's. If you do not yet have an eLU from your association, the results will be added later. You must take care of this yourself. By registering, you agree that we may store and process your data for this tournament and pass it on to the Association for German Shepherd Dogs. Each participant has the option to request the deletion of their data after data transmission. Furthermore, we are allowed to publish photos, starter lists, entry lists, and ranking lists on our homepage and on Facebook and to display them at the event location. The lists contain the following information: Handler (First name, Last name, Club, Association, Local group, Bib number), Dog (Name, Breed, Competition class) and Result (Faults, Refusal, Time). Third parties are not permitted to photograph and publish the ranking lists. Changes regarding performance class and club changes must be communicated to the organizer immediately via the re-registration function. All other changes are only to be made in the master data! Unfortunately, it has recently become a bad habit that even after a starting place confirmation for the tournament, some have registered for another tournament and then did not show up for the first accepted one and simply canceled. For those who don't know: as a registration office, these processes can be precisely tracked on Webmelden. Therefore, we no longer accept starters who have registered with 2 organizers simultaneously on the same day. We look forward to a nice tournament with you,
